Sweet & Simple Package ~ $1,200
- Services begin 6 weeks prior to the wedding day.
- Services limited to the Triad. (35 miles from home base of Winston Salem) *
- Attend final venue walk through to familiarize with event space, seating and room layout for ceremony and reception.
- Up to 50 Guests
- Eight Hours of On-Site Coordination Services day of wedding (add’l hours at $75/hr.)
- One Hour of Rehearsal Coordination
- Includes Initial Consultation with Couple to determine Dreams/Expectations
- Monthly Check-Ins prior to the wedding.
- Open Communication between Couple and Coordinator via texts and emails.
- Vendor Recommendations if needed.
- Timeline Creation and Management
- Confirm Details with Your Vendors prior to the Wedding
- Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception
- Coordinating details with photographer and DJ.
- Setup of personal wedding items such as centerpieces, card and gift table, guest book, signage, favors, etc.
- Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIPs receive flowers.
- Act as the point of contact for all vendors day of wedding.
- Assist the wedding party and guests as needed.
- Deal with any unforeseen hiccups
- Provide bridal emergency kit.
- Orchestrate couple’s entrance, wedding toasts, speeches, special dances, bouquet toss and end-of evening details (sparkler send-off)
- Collect personal items and give to designated person at the end of the evening
