Pre-Wedding
- Includes a Complimentary Personal Consultation with Couple to introduce ourselves, learn what is most important to you and determine Dreams/Expectations
- Includes Three (3) In-Person Visits to Venue (45-30 Day Walk-Thru – Rehearsal* and day of Wedding)
- Unlimited Contact between Couple and Coordinator via texts and emails. (Phone calls and Virtual Meetings by appointment).

- Assist with Hotel Room Blocking and Transportation for guests.

Rehearsal
- Direct rehearsal with the bridal party and anyone who has a role on the day of the wedding.
- Distribute wedding timelines to best man and maid-of honor.
- Advise wedding party as to where and when they need to meet the following day, and at what time.
- Collect all personal items for the ceremony and reception from the bride and family for the next day.
Wedding Day
- Ten hours of on-site coordination with your lead coordinator and their full-time assistant, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details.
- Line up the bridal party for the ceremony processional
- Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception
- Coordinating with key vendors on details, etc.
- Setup of personal wedding accessories such as guest book, signage, table numbers, place cards, favors, etc.
- Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIPs receive flowers.
- Act as the point of contact for all vendors.
- Providing Information on obtaining a NC Marriage License
- Assist the wedding party and guests as needed.
- Distribute final payment and gratuity to vendors (if requested)
- Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups
- Provide an emergency kit.
- Coordinate End of evening details (light clean-up, sparkler send-off, etc.)
~ Pricing Starts at $1,800
- Additional Hours are billed at $100/hour
- 2nd Location (i.e. a church) is an Additional Fee of $100 (up to 2 hours) plus applicable travel fee
- Payment Plans are available.
- Travel Fee Outside of 35 Mile Radius from Winston Salem will apply.
