Our Wedding Coordination Package includes help from start to finish. We offer guidance and help with choosing vendors who fit your personal style and budget, while keeping you on track throughout the planning process. We help with the design and execution of your event, create a timeline, and work with you on all of the logistics in order to make the day as seamless at possible, while handling logistical detail and being the point of contact with your vendors. We coordinate the ceremony rehearsal and are onsite all day of the event for setup, breakdown and coordination, help choose rentals and offer unlimited contact by text, email and Facetime/Zoom through the end of your event. We will attend the final walkthrough 30-45 days prior to your wedding day, so we have a clear understanding of how you envision your day and those all-important details.
Our Coordination package also includes help with transportation logistics along with hotel room block options. We offer suggestions for rehearsal dinner/welcome party options and are happy to offer guidance on pre and post wedding activities.
Full Wedding Coordination Package ~ $1,800*
- Initial Complimentary Consultation
- Ten hours of Onsite Coordination Day of wedding
- Unlimited contact via email, text and Facetime/Zoom from time of booking through the entire wedding process
- Monthly Check-ins
- Full-Time Coordinator and Assistant day of Wedding

- Assistance with transportation for bridal party and guests
- Attend and Direct the Rehearsal
- Final Follow up with all vendors starting 1 month prior to wedding
- Final Walkthrough 30-45 days before wedding
- Point of contact for all vendors on the wedding day
- Creation of wedding timeline and distribution to key vendors
- Coordination of final details including confirmation of arrivals/pick- up times
- Organization of wedding party processional including placement of wedding party and family at ceremony
- Management of transition between ceremony and reception including guidance of guests
- Ceremony and Reception Coordination & Management
- Set up of any personal items at the ceremony and reception
- Cue all introductions/ dancing/ speeches with the DJ
- Management of timeline throughout the entire event
- Sendoff of bride and groom and collection of all personal items at the conclusion of event
*Fee is based on one hour travel from home base of Winston Salem, Size of Bridal Party, and degree of set-up and breakdown of decor.
Additional Information:
- Second Location (i.e. a church) is an additional fee of $100 (up to 2 hours) plus applicable travel fee
