The Gambill Estate in Roaring River , NC set the stage for Megan and Will’s special day. The Gambill Estate is set in the foothills of the beautiful Appalachian Mountains. With country charm and natural elegance and pristine mountain vistas – it was the perfect setting for their celebration.
I had the pleasure of meeting with Megan and her mom months before when they decided, (especially mom) that they needed a planner/coordinator to handle all the details and bring Megan’s vision to life. It was late May and the temperatures were heating up so the decision was made to have their ceremony under the pavilion to keep everyone cool and comfortable. The day went off flawlessly and Megan and Will could not have been happier.
Some of the higlights of the evening where when Megan and Will played the Shoe Game which was fun and the guests all enjoyed. Megan also created her own Photo Booth and Srape Book which everyone took part in. Their perfect day ended with a sparkler send-off outside the venue.
